Scoping THE situation
We do a collaborative diagnosis of the current capabilities, skill gaps and challenges of your executive team. We will interview all key stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of the priorities, competencies and experience needed for the role, company culture, and your long and short-term objectives. The outcome is the alignment and documentation of specifications to guide our search.
Targeted Search
We leverage our existing network of leaders and develop a target list of companies likely to have star candidates. In collaboration with your team we will strategically position your company and role to attract the top talent we’re looking for. Throughout the process we will provide feedback from our past experience, industry insights and the candidates we’re engaging with.
SCREEN & ASSESS
You will have full transparency into the candidate pipeline and we will have ongoing meetings to provide progress updates of our search. We screen an average of 50-80 candidates and conduct multiple skill, competency and behavioral assessments in addition to our in-depth interviews. This provides a well rounded, multi-dimensional view on each candidate that allows us to better assess their potential for the role and fit within the company.
SHORT LIST HIGH POTENTIALS
We present and discuss a diverse short list of high potential candidates with you. We will highlight their key differentiators, summarize the insights from our assessments and provide an analysis of their potential as it relates to the previously aligned specifications and objectives. During this process we are actively seeking and listening to feedback from your key stakeholders to help us narrow in on the best candidates to proceed with.
INTERVIEWS & EVALUATIONS
Prioritized interviews will be scheduled with top candidates. We’ll help you prepare questions and conduct any additional assessments to get all the information and background you need. Following interviews we will provide consultation on the candidate competencies and help you make strategic comparisons. We can also assist in facilitating multi-stakeholder discussion to help organize the feedback against the objectives and expectations of the role.
THE OFFER
We conduct reference and background checks on the top candidate. We’ll negotiate a compensation package that works in longevity and benefits both the company and the candidate.
ENSURING SUCCESS
Our expertise does not stop at the closing of a search. We will assist in onboarding your new hire and will have multiple check ins throughout their first year to ensure both the candidate and company are living up to expectations. We are also able to provide ongoing talent consultancy to help you and your new hire accelerate the achievement of objectives and lead an agile workforce.
