Ari Aronson, CEO & Founder

As Founder and CEO of Ari Agency, Ari has helped numerous high growth startups, global brands and digital agencies build and grow high performance teams. Ari has over 20 years of digital, advertising, media and UX design industry experience. In his previous roles, Ari held Director and Vice-President & Managing Director positions at top digital agencies and digital media firms including Organic, Critical Mass, Rogers Media and DMB&B. Ari is a committed supporter and Program Advisor Committee member for the Sheridan College Bachelor of Interaction Design program, one of the first 4-year degree of its kind in Canada. Ari has worked with many Founders, CEOs and heads of marketing, product, design and technology departments realize their growth potential by identifying the game changing leaders and talent they need to drive innovation and digital transformation.


Michael Patterson, Operations

Michael is a leader and “culture-creator” with fifteen years of organizational operations and marketing experience. He spent significant time as a strategic planner at digital advertising and communications agencies including FleishmanHillard, Digitas North America, and The Mars Agency. In his agency roles Michael focused on brand strategy and social media, and was able to merge creative and analytical thinking to develop meaningful experiences for his clients. Michael realized a true passion for operations and team-building when he left the advertising industry to help open and manage a residential real estate firm in Birmingham, Michigan.

Michael leads operations at Ari Agency to help organize, grow, and scale the business. He is focused on building a best in class recruitment organization and creating an honest, and collaborative team culture.


Christine Beverley, Director of Recruitment

Christine has more than two decades of recruitment experience having worked for both executive search firms Mandrake, Korn Ferry/Futurestep and PR and digital agency Edelman Digital in senior talent acquisition roles. She is a consummate professional who gets at the heart of candidate motivations and finds alignment between client needs and their value. Filling roles takes more than creative sourcing strategies or persistent follow ups. You need specific knowledge and understanding about your preferred candidate in order to close them. Christine has worked with dozens of category leading brands, Digital media and marketing agencies on strategic hiring decisions for executive leaders and digital teams.


Adrienne Sin

Adrienne spent 10 years in graphic design before moving into account management at Ove Brand | Design. She leverages her wealth of experience working at multiple marketing agencies to find and identify innovative and creative talent. Her hands-on experience makes her exceptional at identifying high performance candidates and vetting their expertise. Since working in recruiting, she’s found a passion for helping people find their dream job and helping brands find their ideal fit.


Leo Carrilho

Leo has been in digital marketing for almost two decades working with agencies, big brands, media publishers and ad tech companies - including Dentsu Aegis, Samsung and The Turn Lab . In his previous Director and Manager roles for Data, Insights and Media departments, he managed sizeable teams and hired media planners, data scientists, designers, copywriters, community managers and many other roles. Over the years, he learned that effective teams are composed of different profiles, and each one requires the right approach, mentorship and motivations.

Leo leverages his deep experience in digital to help clients identify their unique selling factors, skill gaps, and future talent needs. He believes that it’s important to help candidates build self-awareness of their natural strengths and do a careful cultural investigation before making candidate recommendations. His ample experience in building teams makes him particularly effective at uncovering the unexpected experiences and skills that give each candidate their own unique value.


Ashley Richardson

Having worked in marketing and communications for over a decade, Ashley leverages her industry experience to match ideal candidates with our clients. Ashley focuses on ensuring there is a connection beyond job skills, vetting candidates and clients alike to identify long-lasting cultural and career fits. Ashley leverages her fine tuned vetting and networking skills to build high-quality candidate pipelines and facilitate honest conversations with both clients and candidates on what their motivations, needs and “must haves” are.
