Our client, a dynamic marketing agency, is seeking a savvy Digital Account Manager to join their rapidly growing digital team. As a Digital Account Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering on client campaign goals and objectives while being an integral part of a collaborative and innovative team.

As the Digital Account Manager, you will be the primary client-facing contact, responsible for independently managing digital projects and supporting the Digital Director with team initiatives. You will possess extensive knowledge of all channels and platforms of digital media and excel in communication, as projects encompass a diverse range of deliverables including communications, PR, digital advertising, social media management, content creation, websites, and community management. 

This is an exciting time to join our client's digital department, which has experienced rapid growth. In our fast-paced and agile environment, where retail marketing and quick campaigns are the norm, we are continuously developing new processes and seeking individuals who can bring fresh ideas and future-thinking to the role.

This is a hybrid position, with two days working onsite at their office in Mississauga, providing the opportunity to collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and accounts teams. Together, you will conceptualize and bring client campaigns to life while keeping a close eye on performance and client communications. 

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

  • Understands brand strategy & how project objectives/tactics fit strategy

  • Understands all Digital channels, platforms and impact on final outputs

  • Responsible for financial management – estimating based on project scope (with Director/team input): analyzes project profitability and proposes recommendations to Account Director based on analysis; confidently communicate with client regarding project related finances

  • Shows technical proficiency in all Collaboration and Project Management tools including Financial and Project systems, Keynote, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Slack, Zoom, MS Teams, Art Servers AND Digital Platforms, Social Media platforms, listening and analytics tools and apps

  • Strong analytical skills, allowing you to interpret data and report on performance

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account Management

  • Act as key client contact for assigned clients and projects

  • Independently manage assigned projects and provide consult to account teams as needed

  • Problem solve with Director, clients, suppliers and team to resolve project issues and keep projects moving on time and on budget

  • Manage a range of Digital project deliverables including social media management, social listening, websites, content creation, programmatic, and integrated campaigns

  • Act as Community Manager providing support for social media clients

  • Contribute to strategic portion of projects including brainstorming sessions and preparation of strategy decks

  • Use Google analytics to track and report metrics and continuously seek ways to improve them

  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work product and quality of content creation

Client Service/Communication

  • Create and nurture relationships with clients, internal team and suppliers to build company's brand on and offline

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communications internally/ externally

  • Develop creative briefs for content projects in collaboration with team

  • Develop Keynote presentations

  • Present solutions to clients articulating strategic rationale and recommendations

  • Proofreading Keynote decks, communication, and content/output files for accuracy

  • Assist in content creation for presentations, training, blogs, articles, newsletters, AGM, communication and social media content

  • Provide support for company or client Public Relations events
