Our client is looking for a Senior Client Services Associate, to support their continuously growing performance marketing agency and lend to successful client campaigns and programs. As a key liaison between the agency and clients, the Sr. Client Services Associate plays a key role in managing communications, expectations, and articulating technical performance metrics.

In this role, the successful candidate will lead a number of key accounts in which they will run quarterly planning sessions with clients, manage day-to-day requests, and work with dedicated subject matter expert teams to achieve a client’s paid media performance goals. Reporting to the Associate Director of Client Service and Digital Strategy, the Senior Client Service Associate will be part of a thriving team leading the industry.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ownership of client communications and strategies, generating ideas or identifying channel opportunities to help our clients grow.

  • Ensuring that all clients have a clear roadmap that is consistently executed against, owning the management of timelines and delivery.

  • Running performance-focused status meetings with our clients and creating and reviewing key client deliverables and presentations.

  • Ensuring that all clients are on track to hit their performance targets and working with SME teams and clients to course-correct if they are not.

  • Attending and leading important meetings and presentations internally and with our clients.

  • Collaborating with your Associate Director of Client Service & Digital Strategy on any roadblocks or cross-functional issues.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • At least 3-5 years experience in an agency or media vendor environment and is ready to move someplace where they are valued, have better work/life balance and can see the impact of their work.

  • Understanding of how digital media is purchased and the targeting capabilities and channels that can be used to generate business results for clients.

  • A strategic collaborator with SMEs to deliver the best strategy against objectives.

  • Someone who is highly organized and can bring a high level of passion and energy to their internal and external dealings.

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.

  • Someone who is ready to lay down roots at one organization and build their career as the company grows.
