As Director, Social Advertising, you will drive business and build long-term relationships with current clients. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execution of media on social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more

  • Create in-depth audience targeting; analyze consumer targets and create communication plans that connect with different audience segments

  • Lead overarching strategic thinking and planning, ensuring media strategy is aligned with client goals.

  • Create the vision and growth roadmap for your department, efficiently reaching milestones defined with and approved by the Director of Media

  • Roll out new products and solutions to meet existing and prospective clients’ needs.

  • Participate in monthly meetings with the account manager to determine goals and share feedback on what is happening with clients' media buying accounts

  • Maintaining all tools and ensuring they are organized and appropriately configured

  • Implementation of media buying strategy set by the Director of Paid Media Department

Interfaces and Relationships

  • Grow business opportunities within current clients

  • Accurately represent the client’s point of view when reviewing work, leverage this perspective when providing feedback to the team, and presenting to a client

  • Actively invest in client education, including them in seminars, webinars and industry events.

  • Establish priorities for client tasks based on the work schedule

  • Ensure collaboration among all agency departments; foster great teamwork

  • Actively represent the agency within the industry (joining functions and local market committees)

  • Organizing specific project tasks and recurring tasks for themselves and Junior Media buyers assigned

  • Managing Junior Media buyers assigned

Skill and Experience Requirements

  • Demonstrated successful social media buying experience

  • Knowledge and experience with social media planning, advertising, and communications planning

  • Strong understanding of the clients' business environment and agency services business models

  • Unparalleled client service professionalism, maturity, and diplomacy

  • A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed client and media buying results

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer relations skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or other relevant areas

  • Facebook Blueprint certification

  • Analytics certification

  • Bonus for other certifications

  • Bonus for experience with organic social strategy

  • Bonus for demonstrated track record in client acquisition and revenue growth
