Senior Account Director - CRM
The Opportunity
We are looking for a customer centric Account Manager who wants to work with an innovative North American tech agency focused on personalized communications via CRMs, Email, Mobile, Social, Chat, and Marketing Automation.
Job Summary
The Account Manager will plan and execute on all aspects of email marketing and digital messaging campaigns. They will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams as the agency’s partnership teams. They will ensure the timely and successful delivery of agency solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience. The ideal candidate is able to identify customer needs, engage and manage the correct resources, maintain proactive communications and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
Manage the execution of on-going email and digital messaging campaigns for clients through various marketing automation technologies (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, Pardot)
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, client stakeholders and executive sponsors
Create email campaigns to client brand guidelines and templates
Follow and maintain a QA process check to ensure error-free deployments.
Ensure consistency and integration of message, branding, creative and content across email campaigns.
Required Experience
Minimum 7+ years experience in agency client services with a focus on CRM
Strong and strategic understanding of CRM and database management
Previous agency experience a must
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions demonstrating benefit and value based on customer needs
Experience handling multiple priorities and accounts at once while meeting tight deadlines
Experience working with creative and IT resources is a plus
