Intermediate Project Manager

 

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join an innovative design & ad agency. This role is for someone able to strike the balance between getting it done and getting it right, all while meeting the client’s needs and the creative’s desires.

Job Overview

We are looking for someone who embodies integrated in the fullest sense of the word. Integrated as it applies to a holistic understanding of the client’s business, agency workflow, and flawless execution. Independently taking ownership in managing the scope, schedule, and budget from briefing to creative development, through to multi-channel production, trafficking, and tracking results.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of design, digital and integrated advertising projects. Ensure they are on time and on budget while maintaining team and client satisfaction

  • Create project plans, timelines and estimates

  • Manage project plan scope and financials

  • Manage client projects on a day to day basis

  • Manage internal creative projects with an entrepreneurial focus

  • Identify risks and issues and develop clear solutions and risk mitigation strategies

  • Manage creative and development teams and relationships with external partners

  • Schedule resources and work with other PMO team members to resolve conflicts

  • Support the growth of dedicated accounts and identify potential opportunities

Required Experience

  • 5-7 years of agency experience in managing design or advertising projects

  • Strong history in managing client relationships and expectations

  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain project priorities

  • Strong attention to detail with in depth technical experience

  • A solution oriented mentality

  • Bachelor’s Degree recommended

  • PMP or Project Management Certificate recommended
