Project Manager
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager at a leading advertising agency. As an advertising Project Manager, you should have a broad range of campaign/process management and product development experience including many/most of the following; digital, social, print, radio, video, television.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead small- and medium-sized projects, managing all phases of development and
production, and provide support to the team on larger initiatives.
Manage project profitability and proactively flag any budget concerns to Business Lead, Sr
Project Manager, or GAD.
Work with all internal teams, clients, and external agency partners to maintain positive
relationships and ensure a fully integrated/collaborative process
Create project plans and manage scope and financials
Develop production briefs
Lead quality assurance for projects
Maintain day-to-day contact with clients on project status/deliverables
Prepare and distributes monthly BCRs for all client brands/services
Update and distributes regular status reports
Update historical creative and competitive reels as needed
Monitor competitor market activity and informs Managers when new competitive ads are
run
Keep Business Lead, Sr Project Manager, or GAD informed of project activity, opportunities, and challenges as they arise

Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and review the relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations to the team.

• Appropriate and applicable advertising agency experience (3-5+ years) managing integrated projects include any/all of the following; digital, social, print, radio, video, television.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and expectations
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative-led environment both alone and as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn
• Proofreading an asset
• Bachelor’s degree recommended
