Senior Paid Media Strategist
The Opportunity
We are looking for an all-star Senior Paid Media Strategist for a performance focused agency. This opportunity is for someone who is both strategic and technical, who has hands-on experience managing campaigns across paid social, search, and display.

Job Summary
The Senior Social Paid Strategist owns the client relationship and campaign performance for their portfolio of accounts. They are fully responsible for the end-to-end researching, planning, implementing, and optimizing of digital media campaigns. They lead the client relationship and proactively problem solve and bring new opportunities to the table. This person will be part of a very smart and collaborative digital team and will also collaborate with other client/project teams as needed.

role Responsibilities
Plan and build campaigns from the ground up across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Amazon, and Google ad platforms
Develop creative ads that speak to the clients' brand and audience.
Track, measure, and continuously test and optimize
Pay attention to ROI and real business results aligned with client goals
Push back when necessary, offer new ideas and solutions, debate internally in a collaborative and respectful way
Lead client relationships, providing insight on performance and recommendations to improve
Pull and develop insightful reports from analytics platforms and/or CRMs (Google Analytics, SalesForce, HubSpot, etc.).
Anticipate potential issues for clients and share these with the team
Required Experience
3+ year experience working on ad platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Ads
Experience with Google Analytics and tracking setup via Google Tag Manager
Strong client service skills, comfortable and confident leading conversations and making recommendations
Agency experience is an asset
