The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter with minimum 3+ years experience working within the recruitment industry to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a senior team of industry professionals and contribute to a growing and entrepreneurial team environment.

This role is remote with flexible hours and is open to full-time and part-time applicants.

You’ve led full client assignments and recruitment cycles from beginning to end. You love to research and hunt for exceptional talent. You are a natural networker, team player with exceptional written and communications skills. You are a problem-solver, and agile in managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key client relationships and search assignments from start to finish

  • Interview talent and provide recommendations and direction to clients and candidates

  • Collaborate with a high performing team to deliver exceptional results

  • Facilitate critical client conversations with multiple stakeholders

  • Build strong pipelines of leads and nurture potential candidate relationships over time

  • Help drive new business and customer success across multiple industries

Required Experience & COMPETENCIES

  • 3-5 years experience of full-lifecycle recruiting

  • Experienced sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and negotiating offers 

  • Strong relationship building, networking and client service skills

  • Ability to collaborate with the team to meet common goals

  • Successful track record sourcing digital and technology candidates ranging from entry to director level

  • A keen interest in culture, innovation, and design thinking

  • Entrepreneurial, independent and a selfless team player a must
