Senior Digital Media Specialist
CURRENT SITUATION
Our client is looking for a Senior Digital Media Specialist to champion digital media campaigns, while contributing to the expansion of the team’s capabilities.
You’re familiar with digital media buying campaigns, optimization, research, and analysis, and bring depth and passion for Paid Social, Search, and Display. Client service drives you; we look for a proactive, detailed-oriented, dynamic, and entrepreneurial professional who’s eager to expand their digital capabilities. This person will be part of our digital team and will also collaborate with our other client/project teams as needed.
The working model will be hybrid, and the expected on-site attendance is twice a week to maintain the company culture and ignite collaboration. You’ll report to the Digital Media Manager and will work alongside two other Digital Media specialists.
You will join at an exciting time of growth; and will be expected to build your own sense of priorities and implement your leadership style to rally, grow and cultivate your team. You have an opportunity to take ownership over performance initiatives and influence the company’s success beyond paid media activation as you look to expand client participation and engage in new business activities.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage, track, report, analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize paid search, display, social display and other digital advertising campaigns.
SEM campaign set-up including preliminary research, competitive research, ad copy creation, campaign set-up, development of the keyword bidding matrix and bidding strategies.
Develop, manage and optimize contextual, interest-based, lookalike, custom audience, and remarketing campaigns.
Craft campaign report frameworks, create analytics profiles, implement tags, set up goals, define funnels, and perform advanced segmentation and data troubleshooting as required.
Support content, research and materials for prospective client proposals, pitches and marketing as needed.
Communicate campaign performance, optimizations, and insights to clients through phone calls, email as well as in person.
Provide proactive client service, internally and externally.
Share knowledge and skills with the team to help elevate team competencies and encourage overall

JOB REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS
Requirements
4 or more years of experience working in paid media advertising comprising of media activation with multi-channel experience preferred. Paid social, search, programmatic (display, video, CTV/OTT, audio)
Extensive experience buying and managing digital media on multiple bidding platforms: Google, Facebook, Bing, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
Analytical approach with a strong ability for simplifying and communicating data
Google AdWords certification is needed
Experience working with analytics teams on granular program tracking and performance dashboard creation
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and respond to situations quickly
Effective time management and project management skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
