Marketing Director
Our client, leading the first product enabling any consumer brand, creator or influencer to bring rewards, loyalty and influencer marketing to Web 3, is looking for a Marketing Director to roll-out a growth marketing strategy.
As a marketer breaking the mold of traditional marketing, you’ll lead with proven growth marketing tactics to get our client in front of a B2B2C audience and SME brands. With a primary focus on lead and demand generation, the Marketing Director will drive pipeline growth in key markets across North America, supporting an allbound approach.
The successful candidate values the importance of audience and performance analytics and will drive a data led marketing strategy to grow and nurture a pipeline of MQLs. You have a proven track record of designing successful account-based marketing programs. With close ties to sales colleagues, you’ll stay attuned to market trends and inbound marketing performance.
Reporting directly to the CRO and working closely with co-founders, this newly created role is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a first of its kind start-up. Leading with an analytical mindset, the successful candidate has the experience to know what needs to be done to roll-out effective, data driven campaigns. The Marketing Director will assess performance and audience insights to optimize campaigns, build top-funnel leads, and fill the pipeline to equip sales with SQLs.

Responsibilities:
Act as marketing business partner to sales to plan, deliver and monitor pipeline creation, optimizing integrated activities across all channels to maximize ROI
Manage a team of external vendors to plan and execute omnichannel marketing activities to generate top of the funnel qualified leads including email marketing, direct mail, webinar and lead nurturing tactics that deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads
Manage innovative multi-channel lead generation activities (SEO, SEM, Social, Direct Mail, Print Ads, etc.), conversion and nurture programs
Work closely with sales to plan and execute tactical Account Based Marketing strategies, to attract and convert target accounts into measurable pipeline
Report and present on campaign performance and analytics on a regular basis
Collaborate often with sales to report on campaign effectiveness and update on sales pipeline revising marketing plan as needed to ensure optimal ROI
Collaborate with CRO to plan and monitor top of funnel demand generation activity and identify supplementary initiatives by region, in order to nurture and convert leads in pipeline
Understand the capabilities unique strengths and differentiators of the company What You Bring:
10+ years of experience leading growth marketing within a B2B setting, preferably in fintech
Proven experience designing successful account-based marketing programs
Experience within a high-growth, sales-driven organization
Experience working with complex teams across multiple geographies and cultures
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Fluent in English
