Senior Engagement Manager, Digital

What you’ll do
Reporting to the Group Engagement Lead, this role is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of small-to-large-scale end-to-end Reinvention initiatives with a digital focus.
Grounded in the business and brand strategy, build bold and strategic activation plans for our Engagement Partners, “EPs”, that will drive results and create momentum.
Build a strong knowledge of our EP’s culture to help navigate the decision-making process and maintain a relationship of respect and partnership with key EP executives.
Act as a trusted support to EP and leadership – providing strategic insight and implications while moving activation forward – including selling on additional scope.
Support the adoption of the new strategy with the overall EP enterprise and their key partners and provide guidance to EP executives in service of the Reinvention.
Work collaboratively with the Strategy, Brand, CX and Creative functions to jointly execute effective and transformational business Reinventions and other projects.
Support a multi-disciplinary matrixed team to develop strategic implications and bring the strategy to life through activation of all elements of the customer experience but with a key focus on digital.
Translate new strategy into customer-facing strategy and activation briefs – including clarification of EP feedback into logical, actionable next steps for the working teams.
Provide timely status updates to EPs and relevant internal team members.
Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality and serve the Engagement Partner’s financial and strategic interests.
Monitor commitments and deliverables to ensure contractual obligations delivery of services to our Engagement Partners.
Your background
3-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist
3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Brand experience in digital media, digital technology and e-commerce.
Understanding of different digital marketing channels, SEO and Google Analytics.
Basic knowledge of web design procedures and digital technology developments.
Experience across a broad range of brands and industries: CPG, Retail, and/or Food experience an asset.
Combination of experience on both the client (Director level) and agency side (Group Account Director level).
Ability to create strong relationships and lead working sessions with an executive-level audience.
Ability to see the brand from a 360-degree view and identify potential areas of risk or gaps.
Strong communication skills to ensure ideas are well-structured upfront and content development is holistic.
Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and flexible enough to pivot when needed.
Some travel across both US & Canada (contingent on lifting of travel restrictions).
