Creative Director
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a Creative Director looking to making an impact at a 40-person progressive cause marketing agency with a roster of social movement, and digital advocacy campaigns.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, manage and inspire the Creative Team.
Pitch and direct major projects for our most important clients.
Ensure that our creative work is impactful, innovative, and fun.
Grow the agencies reputation and accounts in collaboration with Sales/Marketing.
Recruit new talent and cultivate relationships with major partners/vendors.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
5-10 years experience in the advertising industry
Creative Director on national or international ad campaigns
Experience directing ad and video content
Experience interviewing and hiring creative team members
Strong copywriting skills
Highly literate in design
Strong understanding of social media & digital marketing
Experience in successfully pitching major projects
