Responsibilities

  • Participate in client briefs to understand the roles being hired for, their unique importance to our clients, and the key criteria defining an ideal candidate

  • Navigate the internet, social media and job boards, mapping out pools of talent, and proactively reaching out to candidates

  • Schedule and conduct screening interviews to shortlist the candidates who meet key criteria and summarize the results to the senior recruiters you will be working with

  • Organizing and recording the details and documents of the search into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update existing records

  • Building relationships with candidates with a vision to successfully place them into their next job

Required Experience & COMPETENCIES

  • University or College degree in digital marketing, UX, communications, or other digital tech field

  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written), influencing and collaboration skills

  • A strong sense of urgency, strong responsiveness, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers is required

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with colleagues at various levels

  • A keen eye for nonverbal cues and the ability to assess cultural fit with candidates and companies
