Senior User Acquisition Specialist

 

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Specialist to elevate a well-known retail company based in the GTA. We are calling on all digital acquisition specialists looking to push the envelope.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and execute our full user acquisition strategy, both paid and organic, across the different channels.

  • Allocate budget between a range of selected channels.

  • Review our existing paid and organic user acquisition program and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Implement and optimize user acquisition campaigns different platforms including Google Ads, Search Ads and Facebook.

  • Suggest new potential user acquisition platforms and partners. Develop test plans for those new channels and make budget re-allocation recommendations based on results.

  • Define clear objectives for all campaigns using relevant KPIs including cost-per-acquisition, Lifetime-Value, and other conversion and retention rates.

  • Constantly monitor and optimize the performance of our campaigns against those predefined objectives.

  • Work with the studio team for assets and advertising creatives by briefing our creative team and other internal stakeholders.

  • Keenly observing, tracking, and analyzing data throughout a campaign’s life cycle.

     

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 3-4 years’ experience managing a large user acquisition campaigns on multiple channels.

  • Experience with web analytics, and knowledge of online campaign management and measurement are important for success in this role.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to extract insights from multiple data sources.

  • Proficiency in web analytics and web metrics.

  • Proven leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills.

  • Thrives on working in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
